Where is the event?
In Innsbruck.
At two places: Messe Innsbruck, Ing.-Etzel-Straße 31 and OlympiaWorld.

When is the event?
From Thursday, July 3rd to Sunday, July 6th, 2025.
On Wednesday, July 2nd, there is an opening.

When can visitors come?
Every day from 8:00 in the morning.

Until what time is the area open?
Until 9:30 in the evening.

When does the first game start?
Every day at 9:00.

How long do the games last (Thursday to Saturday)?
The games go until about 8:00 in the evening.

What happens on Sunday (the last day)?

At 1:00 pm: All teams walk together in a parade.

At 3:30 pm: The game for 3rd place.

At 5:30 pm: The final game, the most important game.

Access and Accessibility

House of Bruisers (Landessportzentrum):

The stands are only accessible via stairs (no elevator).

Wheelchair seating is available at track level.

Companion seating is also available there.

The route includes stairs, but a stairlift is available.

An accessible toilet is located on the same level.

Olympiahalle:

Stands are accessible only by stairs.

Two elevators in the North Building connect all levels, including wheelchair seating on Level 1.

Access to Level 1 is possible via Foyer B or the East Hallway.

Accessible toilets are located:

On the ground floor between the T-Roll Arena and Olympiahalle

On the ground floor southeast of the hall, near the food court

On Level 1 in the East and West Hallways

T-Roll Arena:

Stands are accessible only by stairs.

Wheelchair and companion seating is available on the ground floor.

Please check in at the Info Point or follow the signage to the seating area.

An accessible toilet is located behind the main entrance (between Olympiahalle and T-Roll Arena).

Event Services and Orientation

Moderation and Information:

A commentator will explain the games live.

A guidance system will help you find tracks, food areas, toilets, and the children’s area.

Noise and Hearing Protection:

The event will be loud, with cheering, chants, and referee whistles.

Free earplugs are available at the Ticket Office, Main Entrance, and House of Bruisers entrance.

You are welcome to bring your own hearing protection.

First Aid and Support:

First aid staff will be on site to assist in case of injury or medical needs.

For any questions, please go to the Info Point at the main entrance of Olympiaworld.

Bus lines J or M: Get off at Tivolistadion stop

Bus lines T or 505: Get off at Olympiaworld stop

The ticket for the Roller Derby World Cup
is also valid for buses and trains in Innsbruck.

You can use it:
– 1.5 hours before the event
– 1.5 hours after the event

Building Access:

Signs marked “Roller Derby” will be posted at the entrance.

There is a wheelchair-accessible entrance.

If you need assistance, ask the staff at the entrance or visit the Info Point at the main Olympiaworld entrance.

The toilet is behind the entrance.

It is between the Olympiahalle and the T-Roll Arena.

The booklet has information about the players.

Many people cheer.

There are chants.

Hearing Protection:

Earplugs are free at the Info Point, Ticket Office, main entrance, and entrance to House of Bruisers.

You can also bring your own hearing protection.
